Sunday is a big day.

We go to the hospital today (since I’m writing at 1 am) and take care of a few loose ends.  The birth mom will sign the documents that relenquish her right to Miles, and start the legal process of making us his parents. Miles will get the “big snip” in the morning, so I’m sorry to say Dale and Josh, that he will probably not be a real happy camper at your place. Although, he has been absolutely wonderful so far in every other way.  He is a man of simple needs.  Keep him in a fresh diaper, keep him fed, and let him sleep and he pretty much couldn’t be more content.  I posted a few more pictures of all of us at the link in the sidebar. —->

As you might imagine, we are kind of tired, but I was so thrilled to have so many emails wishing us well and congratulating us, and many saying POST MORE PICS that I thought I would slap a few more up.  Cut me some slack on the captions, it is late and I’m sleep deprived.

Thanks for the support and for caring.  Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers.  The birth father has another 26 or so days to file a petition contesting the adoption so we aren’t out of the woods yet.

We look forward to introducing our little man to all our friends and family. We think he is something pretty special.
